Lesson & Tunnel Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up unexpectedly and we ask that you give us at least 24hrs in advance when cancelling a lesson or tunnel rental.

Cancellations inside of a 24 hr period will result in either a charge against that day’s prepaid services or rentals.  For non prepaid services or rentals there will be a $15 service charge. 

No Shows will result in a charge against a prepaid services or rentals. No exceptions.

Continuous cancels or no shows by non-members will result in a requirement for advance payment in order to reserve a tunnel.
